They are designed to Introduce MultiSport activities such as swim, bike, run, core and combination activities into the physical education classroom. Scooters, fitness balls and stretch bands replace the use of a pool and bike and allow students to participate without bike equipment or a pool. There are 95 Activity Cards allowing the teacher to choose one or a combination of MultiSport Activities.
